A senior Chartered Accountant with an experience of over 50 years in practice. He began his practice in the firm named Ramachandra & Co in the year 1970. He has wide experience in Audits of Government Organizations and Banks. He is the founding partner of Ramachandra & Co. which was merged with Rao and Emmar Chartered Accountants in the year 2008. He is the guiding force for the firm and is presently engaged in government audits and audit planning.

A senior pro with an experience of over 46 years. He has remained the Chairman of Bangalore Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants in his earlier years of practice. He commenced his practice in the year 1974 and is a partner of the firm for several years. He is presently undertaken a role of educating students in Malaysia in the field of Accounting.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the year 2001. After qualification, Mr Kamal Rai Madhra Started his own practice and was a partner in M/s KRMHG & Associates. He is taking care of the office along with the other partner Mr. Hemant Gupta in Delhi. In the year 2015 they joined hands with Rao & Emmar and become a partner. He is having experience of 14 years and explore himself in the Auditing, Taxation, Bank audits, IT assessments, corporate audit etc. He is also a DISA qualified with expertise in information systems audit, he has handled several Tax related issues of various entities.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the year 2002. After qualification, he started his own practice and later on formed M/s KRMHG & Associates with Mr. Kamal Rai Madhra in New Delhi. In the year 2015 they joined hands with Rao & Emmar and become a partner. He is having experience of 18 years and explore himself in the Auditing, Taxation, IT assessments, corporate audit etc. He is also a DISA qualified with expertise in information systems audit, he has handled several audits of banks.

He is a Chartered Accountant, qualified in the year 2003. He has a practice experience of over 17 years and is presently administering the office in Bengaluru along with other counter parts. He has expertise in Direct Taxes and has been handling all income tax and wealth tax matters relating to operations of Bangalore. He also handles matters relating to appeals and assessments under the Income Tax Act. He is also a DISA qualified with expertise in information systems audit, he has handled several system audits of banks and private sectors. He represents the firm for tax consultation and internal audits.

A Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience in practice with a commerce graduation. He is in-charge of Bangalore operations along with CA Subhash. He specializes in Management Consultancy and Finance consultancy along with Internal Audits and Statutory Audits of Corporate and Banks. He is also well versed in Mergers and Amalgamations and Private Equity syndications. He leads a team of more than 25 in Bangalore. He has handled many debt syndications with many banks and financial institutions and has also now laid hands into Private Equity arrangements along with fund raising arrangements in equity under SME platform of BSE, India. He also leads the firm's development in form of identifying locations and partners for expanding the operations.

He is a Chartered Accountant with an experience of over 13 years in practice. From the date of his qualification he entered practice and is been handling the office in Shimoga, Karnataka. He is handling several government audits including both internal and statutory audits. He leads a team of over 20 and is also experienced in direct tax matters. Other than the government audits, he is well versed with company audits and tax audits.

He is a Chartered Accountant and the masters in commerce with a certificate course on Co-operative Society Audit. He is in practice for over 11 years and is presently in- charge of the Kolhapur office of Rao and Emmar. He is a local resident of Kolhapur and has been an expert in Audit of Government and private organizations during his practice tenure. He has developed good resource development and management skills in the audit division. He carries along him a team of more than 25 in Kolhapur alone which at times also manages works in various divisions of Sangli, Satara and other districts in Maharashrta.

HA Chartered Accountant, qualified in the year 2010 is presently in- charge of Durg office covering places of Bilhai , Raipur and Durg in Chhattisgarh State. He is well versed in Medical College and Medical Hospital set up from its initial registrations to obtaining several clearances from Government Agencies. He has already assisted in setting up two medical colleges and hospitals in the state of Chattisgarh. He also handles Audit and Service Tax areas of practice along with a team of 10. He is well versed in Internal Audits of Construction entities and also hospitals and medical colleges. He joined Rao & Emmar in the year 2012 since which the firm has made steady progress in Durg under his leadership.

He is a chartered accountant qualified in the year 2012. After his qualification, he has joined Rao & Emmar, Chartered Accountants and is in-charge operations in Pune office of the firm. He is also the member and Treasurer of Indo-Japan Business Council, a not for profit organization for developing cultural & Industrial relationship between India and Japan.
He is having experience of over 8 years in the indirect taxes, GST and other allied laws. He is helping out business & industries with indirect tax matters, GST consultancy and litigations services, Accounts Outsourcing services, Virtual CFO services and Payroll processing services.

He qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 2012. After his qualification, Mr Rakesh started his own practice and then joined the Rao & Emmar in 2016, has taken charge of the office in Surat. He is having experience of over 8 years and He has expertise in direct taxes, Bank audits and debt syndication.

He is a Practicing as Chartered Accountants since Dec 2015. He joined Rao & Emmar in 2016.

CA Sawan Gadia has an all-round experience of 13 Years. He Apart from being Chartered Accountant is also MBF (Master in Business Finance) and Bachelor in commerce (B.Com.) from DAVV, Indore. He has specialized in Project financing, Takeovers, Financial planning, Internal Audits, Systems Study, Management Consultancy, Restructuring, Company law matters. He has completed his Articles training from Prakash S Jain & co., Indore. He became part of M/s Rao & Emmar in 2016 by merging his firm in M/s Rao & Emmar.
